• Perform loading/unloading duties at the Outbound/Inbound docks and at the aircraft
• Deliver last minute additional meals/items or other outstanding orders to departing flights
• Collect, load, check and hand over meals and catering items to crew for freighter/PACC/Cargo flights
• Any other duties assigned or instructed by the officer or supervisor

Requirements

• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Basic computer skills
• A valid Class 3 driving license. A class 4 license would be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift loads up to 25kg

Able to work 3 rotating shifts

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Logistics Assistant to support our shipping operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

- Receiving & Unloading: Assist in receiving and unloading goods, inspecting for damages, and verifying shipment quantities.

- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records.

- Picking & Packing: Pick and pack orders according to shipping schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

- Shipping Coordination: Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling, packing, and completing necessary documentation.

- Loading & Dispatching: Assist in loading goods onto delivery vehicles and coordinating with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.

- General Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.

- Stock Checks: Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.

- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure efficient daily operations.

- Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.

- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items as required.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
