The Talent

· Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, supporting senior management within consulting or wealth management space.

· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple calendars, concurrent tasks / projects etc.

· Prior experience with budget, expense and invoice management (i.e. SAP Concur) is preferred

· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

· Fluent in English both written and spoken; strong written and verbal communicator

· Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills

· Highly driven and able to work under pressure

• Leave Administration: Manage leave queries through the mailbox and hotline, process all leave types in the system, and generate leave reports.
• Government Leave Claims: Process and manage government-paid leave claims.
• Electronic Signature Book: Handle assignments and updates.
• Employee Programs: Manage staff referral programs and Spot Awards.
• Data Quality Monitoring: Ensure accurate data for HR processes.
