Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous, professional, and efficient Executive Personal Assistant to handle the daily personal affairs and family-related matters of our senior executive. This position will involve close collaboration with multiple aspects of the executive's family life, including but not limited to property management, utilities and maintenance, driver and housekeeper supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Management & Coordination: Handle property fee payments and communicate with property management to resolve issues.
2. Utilities & Maintenance Management: Supervise the daily maintenance of household utilities and coordinate with professional maintenance personnel for necessary repairs.
3. Driver & Housekeeper Supervision: Arrange drivers' daily transportation tasks to ensure safe travel; oversee housekeeper's performance to ensure a comfortable and tidy home environment.
4. Schedule Arrangement & Reminders: Assist the executive in creating and managing personal and family schedules, including meetings, events, and travels.
5. Emergency Handling: Respond quickly and handle emergencies involving the executive and their family.
6. Other Duties: Perform other tasks related to personal and family life as required by the executive.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with experience as an executive assistant or similar roles.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in office software.
4. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and able to keep confidential information confidential.
5. Language Ability: Fluent in both Chinese and English.
