Applicants should hold a Ph.D in a related science or engineering field by the beginning of employment and should have demonstrated experience in the related research. Preference will be given to individuals with foundational training in chemical engineering or closely related disciplines. Under special circumstances, an untenured associate or senior faculty appointment is possible, commensurate with experience. Faculty duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the related subjects and developing course materials, conducting original scholarly research, as well as advising, supervising, training, and mentoring students and junior researchers. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for open positions including management of recruitment agencies
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
• Partner with business leaders to conduct talent gap analysis to address skill-knowledge gaps
• Manage and track key talent management metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) for process improvement.
• Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices in talent management and development.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Plan the annual training program by identifying training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis including training administration.
• Responsible for employee relations matters
• Lead and support Ad-hoc HR Projects.
