We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. The role involves handling, organizing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with company standards.
• Label and organize shipments for delivery or storage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Arrange stock in designated areas for accessibility and space efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding stock levels and order updates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Manage emails and phone calls
• Prepare meeting agenda and doing meeting minutes
• Travel arrangements and hotel reservations
• File documentation, maintain and update company’s database
• Provide support and ensure smooth daily running operation of the team
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• No work experience required. Training will be provided.
