Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide general administrative support to related internal departments
2. Maintain proper filing of records, correspondences and documents
3. Data entry and payroll functions
4. Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year working experience, and proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting
2. Willingness to learn and good time management
3. Organised and detailed who can work independently

Manage existing customers and develop new business

Responsible for clients requests and develope long term relationship with clients

Resolve clients' concerns and feedback

Be able to actively master sales skills and familiar with sales channels, including online sales

Can work well independently as well as in a team

Assist department manager to complete assigned work
