You will be deployed to customer site and develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program to onboard new System(s) onto the Customer’s existing Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. You will need to provide full support to the new System(s) and resolve all risks and issues for a successful onboarding experience.

• Lead the onboarding process for new projects and internal teams onto our cloud platform and infrastructure
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program, including documentation and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned expectations and requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions with onboarding project teams to understand their needs and configure the platform accordingly.
• Manage the onboarding process, including provisioning, configuration, and testing.
• Provide support to ensure successful adoption and usage.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues, escalating when necessary.
• Continuously monitor and improve the onboarding process, incorporating feedback and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide a monthly progress update to Customer which includes

1. Summary of onboarding activities
2. Progress against KPIs
3. Identification of risks and mitigation plans
4. Recommendations for process improvements

• Lead the team of system, network, database and security engineers in maintaining the existing infrastructure which includes

1. Ensuring high availability and uptime of the infrastructure resources
2. Performing routine maintenance, upgrades and patching
3. Monitoring and troubleshooting system infrastructure issues
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
5. Optimizing system performance and efficiency
   

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 2 to 4 years IT experience.
• Past working experience in Cloud environment is an advantage.
• Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills

The Job

Candidates must be willing to work 44-hour work week in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMW) located at Kranji Close, where 98% of patients are male migrant workers.

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Do billing and cash collection.
• Update records and distribute reports.
• File patients' records.
• Replenish sundry item inventory when stock runs low.
• Do crowd control and simple triaging.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Willing to work in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMCW) at Kranji Close.
• Minimum GCE "N" levels with minimum some work experience in customer service.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Job Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR & Administrative duties
• Assist to manage employees’ matters in areas of compensation matters, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus
• Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc
• Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll for employees
• Journal entries for payroll, OT, bonus accrual and related
