Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organisation's manpower requirements. This entails:Posting job advertisements on various mediums, pre-screening, and arranging interviews
  Facilitating interview sessions and verification of candidate’s documents
  Liaising with headhunters and recruitment agencies pertaining to recruitment matters
  Proposing job offers for selected candidates
  Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documents
  Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, including maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition
• Preferably has prior human resource work experience in a tertiary education organisation
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing in English, and is able to communicate with employees at all levels
• Prefers working in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
• Good working knowledge of local employment legislation
• Able to work well with team members, and independently when required
• Good analytical skills
