Your responsibilities as a Teaching Support Intern will include:

• Providing effective class support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using 5 ASD friendly features in classrooms
• Providing 1:1 behvaioral support to students who require added support
• Working collaboratively with Educators to prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons and workshops
• Contributing to school-wide projects, co-curricular activities (CCAs), subject and event committees in your assigned department and/or other departments
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by your Supervisor

You should possess:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma and above
• A strong willingness to learn and grow your skills & knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• A pro-active approach to problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
• Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to serve the autism community and their families

Internship Period: 26 Dec 2024 to 30 May / 30 Jun 2025

This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in membership administration and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating the CRM database to ensure member information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the membership team in onboarding new members, including processing applications and maintaining records.
• Help analyse member data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhanced engagement.
• Generate reports and provide insights to the management team on membership metrics and CRM performance.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the membership team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

INTERNSHIP Roles & Responsibility

· Creates graphic design materials for marketing campaigns (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, email templates).

· Supports the Marketing Manager and Executive with any visual design and content production needs.

· Support the team with marketing functions like content creation and social media management.

· Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.

· Assists with basic tasks like preparing presentations or reports.

· Assist in tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance data, providing insights for optimisation

· Updating of content calendars and editorial workflow.

· May support in logistically needs of events and webinars.

Requirements

· Good understanding of digital platforms and tools, including website management, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

· Creative flair and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.

· Self-motivated, eager to learn, team player, creative thinker, strong interest in marketing.
