Job Description

• Perform general administrative duties related to human resources
• Respond to staff inquiries
• Ensure that data is entered timely and accurately into the HR database
• Manage all relevant documents related to employees' employment, onboarding, resignation, termination, retirement, contract renewals, etc.
• Support the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
• Assist in the performance of other duties as requested by the direct supervisor on an ad hoc basis

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

1. Assist in the AirHub project where you are involved in the following not limited to:
   -Preparation and issuance of transfer letters
   -Coordinate with different business units on the collection of documents to faciliate Work Pass Application, including medical checks for foreign workers
   -Follow up with medical provider on the medical reports for foreign workers
   -Airport pass application for all employees involved in the transfer
2. Data Entries Clean-up
   -Job Titles updates - prepare the mass upload templates
   -Assist with OCR - Education update and previous Employment History - train the system and test out the various cert.
   -Date to Grade with Job events report to tally staff movement
   -AO & Mgr CCL/ECL reports - ways to combine the report for Gov Claims
   -Cancellation Report - ways to get the verification with TAMS, Staff Departure
3. Recruiting & Onboarding
   -Assist in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new recruitment and onboarding system
   -Assist to capture meeting minutes/discussion pointers and email to meeting recipient(s) post meeting.
   -Assist the team with recruitment and onboarding task when required.
   -Support in Recruitment fairs on weekday/weekend.

Business Analyst

a) Support Sales manager with business and market analysis.

b) Work and improve existing sales marketing process (contract library, contract review), reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI), assist to customer survey.

c) Take a pro-active approach, initiate creative solutions and assist the company in implementing Innovation and applying lessons-learned from previous or bench-marked experiences.

d) Any other duties assigned.

Marketing

a) Close collaboration with Safran Marketing department in France.

b) Design innovative corporate communication tools.

c) Build a performant customer data-base to launch targeted marketing campaign.

d) Attend events that promote corporate brand in the industry.

External Communication

a) Events organization (Symposium, Air Shows, Seminars…)

b) Creation of all the tools necessary to communicate efficiently to our customers located in APAC (Press Release, Official Letter, Advertisement…)

c) Define and drive external communication tools to expand client exposure and influence (Presentations, Brochures,…)

d) Lead the company communication plan and maintain its budget.

HQ Communication and internal Events

a) Co in charge of internal meetings, company events and staff activities.

b) Manage internal communication inside the company (Newsletter, Presentations).

c) Ensure a close relationship between the headquarter Communication department.

d) Be a part of a company project development team.

e) Design Communication Tools.

HSE

a) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.

b) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations.

Experience and Qualifications:

a) Degree/Diploma in Communication / Marketing with a previous significant experience in Communication.

b) Independent & structured, team player with very strong communication skills (oral & written)

c) Experience with all MS office applications, and particularly with PPT and design software

The successful candidate will join the Business Technology Department in SIA Finance Division. You will be required to work with Finance business users, IT Division and IT vendors to plan and implement Finance digital initiatives and to provide effective operational support for implemented Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

1) Drive business value through system capabilities and enhancements by working with IT Division and Finance business users

2) Collaborate with functional units to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, and user requirements for enhancements

3) Facilitate business process review and formulate use case with business users.

4) Manage the end-to-end delivery for new projects and application enhancements, where key activities include

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth and timely delivery of projects and achieve set business KPIs

- Leading requirements gathering and technical solutioning with users and technical teams

- Reviewing feasibility and sustainability of proposed solutions

- Executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including pro-active follow ups on bug fixesto ensure that all test scenarios are comprehensively tested and all business requirements are met

- Identifying and mitigating project and business risks by collaborating with all impacted stakeholders.

- Strategising and leading change management through regular communications and coordination

5) Provide effective operational support for Finance systems. Activities include:

- Assisting users on system usage, authorization and administration

- Managing resolution of reported incidents (e.g. bugs) based on Service Level Agreement terms

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business IT, or IT-related discipline
• 2 years of working experience in Finance or similar role preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong learning capabilities and right attitude will be considered
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience in SAP FICO, Sharepoint and Tableau will be an advantage
• Self-starter and result oriented with strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
