Job Scope:

• Support programmes and projects
• Liaise with stakeholders, partners and vendors of such programmes and projects
• Perform verification/ cleaning/ analysis of data from Digital programme
• Manage vendors to ensure they deliver good customer experience.
• Assess and respond to requests from members of the public.
• Carry out other administrative duties to support the programmes/projects.

• Lead and oversee external audit processes.
• Drive and implement improvements in operational processes.
