• Working Location: West – Tuas
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.45 pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Involves strategic enhancement of key Singapore accounts to prevent reductions and/or terminations while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Task with crafting sales strategies designed to meet or exceed set sales goals, thereby supporting the business's expansion.
• Oversee large national modern distribution accounts, spearhead sales growth by introducing new products/services to clients, and coordinate visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Oversee trade spending and negotiate trading terms with clients.
• Apply the company’s sales policies effectively, tailoring them to fit specific client circumstances.
• Achieve the company’s predefined annual volume targets in line with its sales and promotional strategies.
• Monitor client profitability, assess the effectiveness of promotions, and provide follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the “Point of Sales Managers” team to guarantee frequent and successful in-store activities, ensuring top execution standards in the channel.
• Engage in Joint Business Planning with clients to synchronize plans aimed at meeting sales objectives, enhancing brand sales, and building client trust.
• Conduct periodic reviews with clients to discuss plans moving forward and year-to-date performance.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Logistics Executive located in Jurong West. Our client is a hardware store in Singapore and you will be responsible for this role involving managing shipment schedules and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with company policies. The role includes maintaining updated records such as inventory and delivery details, preparing delivery orders, and addressing basic inquiries. It also requires visiting the warehouse to oversee stock levels and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders. Additionally, the position entails assisting in the creation and upkeep of operational reports and participating in projects aimed at improving workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Min O level (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and eager to learn

• Promote and implement round-trip planning for vessels across various regions.
• Uphold high safety standards for cargo stowage, prioritizing the safety of vessels, crew, and cargo.
• Maximize vessel utilization by ensuring safe operations and minimizing operational costs.
• Focus on efficient Stowage Planning.
• Take ownership of planning-related tasks for vessels under individual responsibility.
• Coordinate with terminals and vessel command to execute stowage plans and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain close collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, proactively addressing stowage-related matters.
• Assess the suitability of vessel deployment and intake based on vessel characteristics and trade requirements.
• Manage administrative tasks, including accurate system updates and maintaining records.
• Develop and regularly review Global Planning Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment, embracing an open and growth-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in complex situations.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree, or higher qualification.
• Open to candidates with 1–3 years of unrelated work experience.
• Prior experience in stowage planning is advantageous.
• Familiarity with stowage planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure those requirements are effectively met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
• Capable of managing a demanding workload with a hands-on approach.
• High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Flexible, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
