As a Human Resources (HR) Intern, you will be assisting the HR Team in day-to-day HR operations.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Assisting with the onboarding process, such as preparing orientation materials, contract documents, onboarding kit, facilitating of contract signing session and creating personnel file for Line level staff
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as handling incoming calls and responding to employee inquiries
- Handling the logistics for staff events
- Assisting with preparing, organizing, and filing HR-related documents
- Ensuring employee records are handled with confidentiality
- Assisting with ongoing or ad hoc HR initiatives or projects
- Assisting with daily staff communication initiatives at all the hotel's communication platforms
