Position Summary:
Luxx Newhouse Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition to process improvement initiatives, and play a key role in ensuring compliance and employee well-being. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in HR within a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Permit Management: Monitor and ensure timely renewal of employee work permits.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Hospitalization & Welfare Support: Assist in the management of employee hospitalization benefits and welfare programs.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support for benefit claims.
- Safety Permits & Compliance: Track and manage safety permit renewals.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure workplace safety standards are upheld.
- Work Schedule Coordination: Support the creation and monitoring of employee work schedules.
Address scheduling conflicts and ensure timely updates.
- Timeline Monitoring: Track HR project timelines and deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met.
Provide updates and reports to supervisors on project progress.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Workflow Improvement Initiatives: Participate in identifying and implementing HR workflow improvements.
Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setup.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
