Job Description

• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• General degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • At Least 1 year of relevant Lab Supplies Store or Procurement experience
  • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Result oriented, strong attention to details and time management skills
  • Demonstrates commitment to teamwork with good analytical and project mgt skills
  • Experience as a change agent in an organization
  • Familiar with B2B or B2C system
  • Financial and Business Savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, BI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare CPF e-submission and method for CPF calculation rate
• Submission of GST quarterly and other IRAS matters
• Ensuring payments (AP) are prepared promptly for payment to creditors
• Proper recording of Petty Cash cashflow and reimbursement
• Procurement recordings, evaluation and assessment of suppliers and vendors
• Regular updating and uploading of accounting entries especially cashflow
• Collection and tracking of payment of invoices
• Generating financial reports to assist management in decision making, budgeting, costing and forecasting
• Follow the appropriate accounting processes and adhere to process flow
• Update, track and monitor salary payment and records of employee
• Other ad-hoc duties
• 5 days working week

Requirements:

• Atleast 5 years working experience in this role
• Familiar with accounting software, preferably MYOB
• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Meticulous, organised, good attention to details
• Good English communication skills
• Mature, positive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Member of ACCA/LCCI.

What You Will Be Doing

• System Testing and Support: Provide support for data migration and conduct essential pilot testing for new system functionalities. Resolve major issues before roll-out, ensuring a smooth transition for the team and making necessary adjustments.
