We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Senior Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the management of strategic partnership (SP) and its marketing initiatives for Thomson Medical Pte Ltd and its associated subsidiaries. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB PURPOSE

The Accounts Executive is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business. He/she will be exposure to full set of accounts of one or more entities in the group and managing both accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

a. Communications Management

· Develop and implement effective communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.

· Oversee the creation and meticulous vetting of all marketing and communication collaterals ensuring consistent and clear messaging.

b. Content Creation

· Create compelling and engaging content across various channels, including press releases, website content, social media posts, thought leadership articles, and executive speeches.

· Assist in development and production of marketing materials including, but not limited to: social media graphics, bite-sized videos and print collaterals.

· Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating and curating content, scheduling posts and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness.

· Manage content calendar and responsible for ensuring timely updates on all owned channels.

c. Stakeholder Collaboration

· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

· Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations) and external agencies (PR, digital marketing) to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of marketing efforts.

d. Event Planning & Execution

· Support the planning and execution of events hosted by the company such as conferences, workshops and networking sessions.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage ecommerce platform with updated product listings, pricing and inventory.
• Design engaging design collaterals including poster, EDM and website banner.
• Manage and process online orders
• Support other ad-hoc duties

The role

Reporting directly to the Singapore Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall marketing strategy across all omni channel touchpoints - including digital, retail and influencer pillars for Singapore. You will also be responsible in developing and executing campaign and content strategies to elevate Love, Bonito’s brand awareness and love, increase product visibility, and drive sales growth. 

You will work closely with the HQ Marketing and Singapore Retail and Merchandising teams to develop brand moments, compelling content angles for product launches, and effective local marketing campaign levers to ensure overall business goals are attained.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Marketing and Creative teams to develop brand moments and effective marketing campaign levers aligned with overall business outcomes and brand objectives
• Plan and execute compelling, performance-driven and brand-led campaigns across multiple marketing touchpoints, ensuring a smooth customer journey online and in-stores
• Stay informed on evolving trends, social issues, and consumer behavior to identify and implement innovative campaigns and initiatives. This includes developing influencer strategies that encompass influencer and media seeding, content collaborations, and partnership campaigns, all designed to create impactful and engaging experiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign elements seamlessly across various channels and touchpoints
• Liaise with external partners and vendors to for partnerships and collaborations
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement

Critical success factors & key challenges

• Singapore (online and retail) performance: Traffic, NSBR, CR%, NC%, AOV
• Support in management of Singapore Marketing Budget
• Support in local campaigns & content project execution

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand marketing or communication role, or from an advertising agency ideally in account management or account management-planner hybrid role
• Proficient with the entire marketing mix – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels for brand activation
• Solid hands-on experience on how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.

Moreover, you will act as a vital liaison between our local colleagues in Singapore and the finance team based at our headquarters in South Korea. This position will require you to facilitate efficient communication channels, thereby enhancing collaboration and operational effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in improving system functionalities which are crucial for timely and accurate daily reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

1. Driving the improvement of finance-related systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
2. Enhancing inter-departmental processes and systems to streamline workflows and foster greater efficiency.
3. Oversee the cash flow to maintain the financial health and liquidity of the organization.
4. Bridging communication effectively between the Finance team and the HQ Finance team located in South Korea, ensuring seamless exchange of information and ideas.
5. Executing various ad hoc tasks and projects as they are assigned, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of the business.

1. Must able to read, speak / write / translate Korean Language to communicate and compile Finance related reports to HQ in South Korea
