Techwise Offshore Consultancy provides design & engineering, marine assurance and project consultancy services to the marine, offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries. We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Commercial Executive to join our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

· Preparing and updating marketing collateral.

· Maintaining company website.

· Promoting and marketing company services through networking and social media.

· Identifying and evaluating potential sales leads through networking and online research.

· Maintaining Techwise Business Management System (TBMS), an integrated business management system covering Admin & HR, CRM, and management of quotations, contracts and projects as well as accounting.

· Preparing standard quotations and proposals.

· Maintaining client relationships.

· Market analysis

· Assisting on admin and document control duties.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or business administration.

· Minimum three years of relevant experience in the marine and offshore industry.

· Familiar with offshore engineering, marine consultancy and shipyard construction.

· Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.

· Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.

· Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.

· Good multimedia and presentation skills.

· Team-minded, Optimistic and Conscientious.
