What you will be doing:

Hubble is looking for a dynamic Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (Individual Contributor- Hunter Role) who has the talent & ability to generate new business (new logo acquisition or expanding in existing client base). They should have a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of engaging and closing Enterprise segment/Large Enterprise clients with polished presentation & product demo skills. This person must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering results against a quota. • Drive sales engagements to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals every quarter.

• Become the resident expert on the Hubble platform and sell our cloud-based software suite to new or existing clients (new opportunities).

What we need from you:

• Three (3) years or more in Enterprise B2B software sales with at least Two (2) years of experience selling SaaS products to C-Level, Senior Management, and Key Influencers of Large Enterprises.
• Proven track record of consistent sales/territory growth and quota achievement (hunting role) by closing 6-digit dollar contracts.
• New logo acquisitions & expansion with existing clients (new opportunities) using solution-selling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex multiple-stakeholder deal environment and track record of successful selling to Enterprise companies in Singapore/ASEAN.
• Strategic account planning and execution skills, and comfort with sales management tools, e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
• Skilled in both virtual & in-person presentations with the ability to create strong impact through SaaS product demonstrations. Be able to construct and articulate strong business case to the clients/prospects.
• Vibrant and energetic attitude, with willingness to perform and get things done.
• Bachelor's degree with good academic results preferred.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the overall management and technical operations of the Marine Fleet that includes the preparation, review and management of all technical documentation, vessel certificates, maintenance records, compliance records and etc.
• Providing the necessary administrative support and coordination for any vessel inspections, repairs and docking works.
• Assist in liaising with customers on technical and operational matters that inclusive of vessel performance etc.

• Monitoring and controlling of the vessels consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage.
• To keep track of the vessels LSA, FFA, cargo hoses registry, lifting gear registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel.
• Appointed as safety committee member to carry out ool-box meeting for the vessels and attend to vessel inspections.
• To work closely with the HSE team to ensure the smooth implementation and compliance of company's safety and quality standards.
• To assist in investigating any defects / failures occurred and reporting all vessel incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents.
• To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive of certifications, training, medical checks and coordinating in crew changes.
• To undertake any other technical related tasks and assignements as and when required.

• Some relevant working experience in similar capacity
• A team player and ability to work in a team enviornment with minimum supervision.
• Ability to Speak Bahasa Indonesia ( to communicate with crew from Indonesia)
