Full Job Description
As a Brand Manager at Qurious Media, you will collaborate with a diverse range of startups and SMEs, and have the opportunity to contribute to dynamic projects with global brands; allowing you to see the tangible impact of your efforts. Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position focuses on the most exciting aspects of marketing, including general planning, brand management, and project/time management for ongoing campaigns. Even if you don't possess all the necessary skills initially, comprehensive on-the-job training and an apprenticeship program will be provided, along with mentorship from an experienced professional.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager during the kick-off meeting to thoroughly understand the client’s objectives, goals, and expectations.
- Once the client’s needs are fully understood, assume direct responsibility for managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Review and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with the client’s requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including performance marketers, graphic designers, website developers, and more.
- Manage a team of Project Managers and Social Media Managers
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To qualify for the role:
- Fluent in English
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Ideally, you will also possess knowledge or experience in a marketing-related field.
