WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support with the preparation of recruitment materials and job posting to appropriate job boards

• Source and recruit candidates by using approved databases, social media, job portals etc.

• Phone / Face to Face screening of resumes and candidates

• Support in the interview process using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft/technical skills, experience and aptitudes

• Coordination and administrative (from on-boarding to off-boarding) and updating database.

• Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Available Immediate to 6 months

• Tertiary education in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

This Team Leader will be required to:

• ensure the operation line runs smoothly
• compile and document relevant production information
• motivate team members in daily activities
• observe the current process and recommend improvement measures

This Production Team Leader is expected to:

• work on a 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
• communicate and work closely with chinese speaking team
• be able to think critically and solve problems
• be willing to learn all the processes in production and be deployed to any parts of the production floor

DPL Premium Automobiles is the official Singapore distributor for Deepal, an electric vehicle (EV) brand from China. We are looking for a Sales Manager, who has a passionate and driven personality and is prepared to lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue.

Sales

• Be responsible for developing and planning of sales strategies as well as providing direction and control of sales activities to ensure continuous growth for the Company.
• Prepare sales forecast and review sales strategies and activities to achieve the company’s sales revenue and competitive advantage.
• Establish and develop business plans and direct operations to meet annual sales and profitability objectives.
• Manage sales department operational, administrative needs and also budgeting, system requirements and staffing needs for areas including sales, reception, valet, and new car delivery teams.
• Determine training needs for sales, reception, valet and new car delivery teams.
• Conceptualise, execute and evaluate sales action plans and campaigns.
• Ensure retail space is properly represented with adequate display and demonstration models.
• Constantly audit and modify, where necessary, existing work flow, processes and customer journey to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide good leadership, guidance and counselling to working teams to meet customers and job requirements and additionally for the sales team to achieve their individual sales quota requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure targets as set by the principal are achieved.
• Ensure consistent and accurate input and update of data by the sales team into our prospect management system.
• Ensure all planning, activities, tracking and reporting is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
• Look into and address customer complaints and issues for sales department related cases.
• Be responsible for growth in corporate sales business which includes business-to-business sales, diplomatic sales, fleet sales, corporate programs and government tenders.
• Display multi-faceted skills, including sales force management, account management and needs analysis of the existing portfolio of corporate customers.

Product

• Support sales with product, pricing and inventory related matters.
• Responsible for product competitiveness, product pricing, specifications and homologations.
• Handle order processing, monitor shipments and manage inventory.
• Logistical support of vehicles required for events / trainings.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 2 to 3 years’ experience as managerial staff in similar industry.
• Good business acumen with excellent problems solving skills.
• Proven track record with strong negotiation, interpersonal, leadership and relationship building skills.
• Positive working attitude, organised, independent, resourceful and with high level of commitment and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation through effective strategies and tactics.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements and skills:

• Prior experience in managing brand principal and act as a point of contact for all brand matters
• Monthly submission of sales reports and forecast
• Work closely with top management (C suites) to achieve desired results
• Dealing with key suppliers and vendors a must
• Prior experience in baby product industry is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and consumer trends.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and innovation.
• Strong commercial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
