Summary

You will be responsible to oversee and lead the day-to-day delivery of operations in key areas, namely, program scheduling, network presentation, digital content management and promo production for entire Asia Pacific region. This role will be a primary POC between cross functional internal teams and internal/external legal counsel, brokers, consultants, etc. The individual will be responsible for leading regional transactions with support from brokerage teams, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to solve issues and answer questions related to the leased and owned portfolio. This role will optimize financial outcomes and reduce risk for Meta’s real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‐to‐end transaction management, including new leases, serviced office agreements, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate
• Lead regional consolidation efforts to support disposition work by performing detailed real estate strategy scenario planning and financial analysis
