Requirements :-
- -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing both HR & administrative functions. (Construction industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin is a must so as to communicate with Head Office in Taiwan and other subsidiaries in China
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
- Working location in the East side
Responsibilities :-
- Accountable for budget and policy recommendations
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local HR strategies
- Establish and maintain the human resource planning, control and reporting activities
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals
- Oversee all office administrative functions
-Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth operations
