· Manage Director schedule/appointments

· Keeping track of his personal calender

· Booking of venues

· Handle invoices

· Handle some calls

· Attend meetings, taking minutes

· Assist in managing 6-7 companies administrative and invoices

· Help with purchases, seasonal gifts to staffs and business partners

· Liaising with various suppliers, contractors etc

· Franchisee’ relations and backend coordination

Requirements

Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,390 per month

Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry for all cases.

· Track the number of cases referred to the department.

· Extract, input, and upload all relevant data from reports and supporting documents into the system.

· Ensure that records for department’s cases are accurately updated and maintained.

· Support in the collation of data for reporting and analysis purposes.

· Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.

· Manage file organization and maintenance for department’s cases and related documents.

· Provide administrative and corporate support as needed.

· Planning of staff welfare activities etc.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines.

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
