Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience with strong marketing background. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Good knowledge of CRM system and analytics tools. Candidates with experience in Martech will have added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Job Description

• Lead, coordinate and administer a variety of HR core function activities primarily in the areas of Payroll Management, Personnel Administration and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
• Processing payroll via Prosoft system, and power user for HRMS.
• Ensure timely handling of CPF, government-claim submissions, income tax related matters.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you'll dive into the dynamic world of Human Resources, supporting various functions essential to organizational success. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Acquisition operations, Training & Development programs, and HR project execution. You'll also help prepare internal reports and assist with various HR tasks as needed. Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives.
