Your Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to provide support on daily warehouse activities.

What Will You Do

• To provide support on daily warehouse activities.
• To perform picking and packing, incoming receiving, wrapping, labelling and issuing.
• To load and unload goods.
• To perform stuffing and un-stuffing of containers.
• To perform cycle count or stock take and housekeeping.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

What Do We Want

• At least a PSLE, GCE O Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to perform overtime work when required.
• Physical work required in the warehouse.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Position: Sales Consultant (Jewellery)

Salary: $2,000 - $3,500 + OT + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Multiple Location
Working Hours / Days: Retail Hours

Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers to showcase and advocate for our jewelry products and services.
• Provide attentive customer service to meet and exceed service delivery standards, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and determination to reach monthly sales goals.
• Maintain consistently well-presented merchandise, displays, and outlet appearance.

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE “O” Level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and customer handling.
• Prior experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
