About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Fund Operation Team. In this role the individual will be responsible for oversight of fund processes, procedures, and improvements, including, valuation, financial statements, trade execution, and investor relations. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including custodians, fund admin, lawyers, and other third-party service providers.

Job Responsibilities

· Fund accounting and reporting: Ongoing review of portfolio financial, operational information, and monthly fund financial statements. Communicate with fund admin service providers and auditors to maintain up-to-date information.

· Support investor relations and investor onboarding to ensure compliance with KYC and AML policy. Handle investor's subscription & redemption and address related enquires in a timely and profession manner.

· Assist in deal structuring & compliance (e.g. KYC requests & SP setup) and ensure collection of complete investment documentation.

· Assist with operational and administrative matters pertaining to asset management business (e.g. opening of bank accounts, trading accounts, etc).

· Handle trade process and settlement, cash and position reconciliation.

· Assist the Research department in various ad hoc projects and other fund operation matters.
