Team Leadership

• Lead the Applications team, guiding data-driven recruitment practices.
• Mentor team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment vendors.
  Assess vendor performance, renegotiate terms, and manage contracts.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years’ experience in TA operations and project management, including reporting, systems integration, and vendor management.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating and presenting executive materials.
• Proven ability to draft clear approval papers.
• Experience leading a recruitment team is preferred.
• Skilled in vendor negotiation to meet recruitment goals.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a matrix organization, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong business analysis capabilities.
