1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. They may directly or indirectly lead customer support teams to acheive best in class customer support. They will establish, monitor and report specific KPI’s and seek to improve short falls. Operations and Administration Responsibilities

• Companies & Funds: Oversee documentation for new incorporations and fund establishments; support ongoing maintenance of companies and funds; review subscription and redemption agreements; maintain books and records; manage fund subscriptions and redemptions; coordinate Board and Investment Committee meetings, minutes, and resolutions; and handle annual corporate secretarial updates.
• Banks & Brokerages: Manage accounts with banks and brokerages, including account openings, responding to bank inquiries, and conducting regular reviews.
• Information Technology: Supervise IT service providers to implement security features, perform backups, and maintain websites.
• Commercial: Oversee the purchase and sale of real assets, maintain inventory lists, and manage valuations.
