Overview:

To provide support to tax team on tax operations and projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and file withholding tax returns every month, ensuring timely filing to the IRAS and adequate approval of journals.

The CRM team at Wise is expanding to consolidate our efforts to develop our APAC communications. We’re all about bringing value to our customers who deserve first-class communications so they make the most of their Wise account that helps them save money and avoid the terrible exchange rates from traditional banks.

We’re building money without borders for people and businesses and we need your help to make our APAC customer comms best-in-class.

So we’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our growing CRM team and lead our APAC CRM strategy and implementation. The Sr. CRM Manager will own, shape and deliver an effective communications strategy for Wise’s customers: from engaging and exciting product launches, to testing and building our lifecycle communications. 

The role will be based in Singapore and will deliver best-in-class customer communications. The role will report into the London CRM team and follow the processes and practices agreed within the CRM team. 

CRM at Wise is about making sure we develop the best global and regional lifecycle communications as well as keeping up with demand from other sides of the business. 

We’re problem solvers - we work with our Product, Marketing Tech, Analytics, UX Research and Product Marketing teams to define and execute the strategy for product and marketing customer comms, across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages).

This role is ideal for candidates with mid-level experience who are passionate about driving product adoption and brand awareness. If you have Liquid and SQL experience and know how to use Braze this is an added bonus but it’s by no means required..

Your Mission:

• Lead and mentor a growing team of CRM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Manage internal technical and non-technical stakeholder communication (Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, Copywriters, Engineers, Analysts, Product Marketing Managers etc.)
• Develop and manage our APAC CRM strategy, including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
• Utilise data-driven insights to segment our business customers effectively, ensuring that each segment receives tailored and relevant communication and offerings.
• Design and implement effective customer lifecycle management strategies to drive long-term engagement and loyalty through continuous optimisation.
• Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to identify and implement opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the customer’s lifecycle journey.
• Manage the customer database health with a focus on retention and engagement: make sure all comms are in line with CRM best practices, compliance requirements, through appropriate channels and without errors.
• Responsible for email calendar management, deliverability and monthly reporting.
• Implement the localisation process for Wise’s international campaigns
• Maintain and implement a clear A/B testing plan.
   

Tasks and Duties

The daily duties of a semiconductor processor include:

• Setting up and operating complex machinery used in the production of semiconductor devices.
• Inspecting and testing semiconductor wafers and adjusting the equipment to improve product quality and yield.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Recording data related to process conditions and equipment status to comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Cleaning and maintaining the work area and equipment to meet the strict clean room standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable individual who is able to work independently to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate tasks with local/international counterparts

Job Objectives

Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) templates and scripts using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Playbooks. This allows infrastructure components to be defined, deployed, and managed programmatically. This role requires a strong technical background, familiarity with infrastructure technologies, and expertise in automation tools and scripting languages.

Key responsibilities:

 Must have hands on experience of system administration for Linux(RHEL) and Windows.

 Must have in depth knowledge in coding using chef cook books (Ruby, Shell, PowerShell)for configuration management.

 Must have Experience in developing code using Terraform (HCL) configuration language for IP assignment and VM creation.

 Must have Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management processes using Ansible, Terraform and Chef cookbook

 Building a CI/CD pipeline for automating the provisioning and management of infrastructure components with Terraform and Chef Cookbooks.

 Creating, modifying, and deleting Virtual Machines using Harshicorp configuration code and APIs, ensuring seamless operations of CI/CD pipelines.

 Maintain and enhance Linux and Windows image creation.

 Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as developers, operations, Network and security, to ensure the infrastructure aligns with application requirements and organizational policies.
