Job Purpose
Business-Tech Bridge:

• Act as a liaison between Group Procurement, Technology, Data Chapter and internal governance teams to define and articulate business needs, success criteria and translate them into clear requirements for generative AI solutions.

• Analyzing Gen AI responses to identify areas for prompt optimization, including clarity, specificity, and structure.
• Experimenting with different prompt formats, techniques, and parameters to achieve optimal performance for specific business tasks.
• Documenting prompt revisions and their impact on Gen AI output quality, providing valuable insights for future iterations.

Data and Model Management:

• Work with Technology teams to identify, prepare, and curate data sets suitable for training and validating generative AI models.
• Work with Data Chapter team to monitor and evaluate the performance of generative AI solutions, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

RDU Gen AI Model Governance and Deck Preparation:

• Develop a strong understanding of the 14 stages of the RDU generative AI model governance framework.
• Assist with the preparation of comprehensive decks for RDU review and approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, linguistics, writing or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role in the Generative AI technologies/ model.
• Able to define and articulate business needs and translate them into clear requirements for generative AI solutions.
• Experience managing and coordinating projects, from initial ideation to implementation and deployment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data generated by Gen AI models and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
