Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support the BAU Operation of the Financial Market Data system.
• Monitoring the Market Data infrastructure. Managing L2 support – Systems alerts, data integrity, systems connectivity, and vendor issues.
• Diagnosis, research and resolution of the issues
• Create and implement Change Management cases
• Take part in Software Release Management
• Update Knowledge base, run-books, scripts, ITRS rules
• Engage and provide user support for all matters related to Financial Market Data system.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field of study
• At least 6 years of L2 technical and systems support experience on Financial Markets Data Systems, with hands-on experience in Geneos ITRS (a must).
• At least 10 years in Linux systems & Networking (Routing, Switching & troubleshooting) to manage the project load.
• At least 3 years working experience in ServiceNow tool is must to automate workflows.
• Proficient in Knime and Looker Studio modules is must. Prior Experience in adding data source to looker studio.
• Hands-on experience in RTDS, Exegy, DACS
• Excellent reading and speaking skills in English and Korean language as the role will need to interact with Korean speaking customers and vendors.
