Introduction:
In this role, you will report to the IT Business Engagement Manager, APAC, providing crucial support for IT projects and addressing evolving business needs. Working closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors, you will play a key role in gathering, documenting, testing, and supporting IT solutions to ensure seamless delivery.

Your Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business and non-functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis, including data analysis, business process mapping, and system flow documentation.
- Lead workshops to facilitate requirement gathering discussions.
- Oversee technical reviews, create test scenarios, and support testing and deployment activities for IT projects.
- Lead discussions with APAC IT teams and vendors to identify suitable IT solutions, define scope and timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality project deliverables.
- Proactively communicate project statuses and updates to business stakeholders and IT management.
- Provide effective application support, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and meeting service level agreements by collaborating with IT and vendor teams. Serve as the bridge between end users and the development team regarding software functionality.
- Support project team in managing vendors for application evolution, maintenance and support tasks.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in managing enterprise or regional application maintenance and IT projects.
- Good understanding of Qliksense dashboarding tool.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and the core components of an information system, including application layers, infrastructure, and security.
- Familiarity with low-code technology and data analytics techniques.
