Data Security Specialist- Data Security and Endpoint Security

Data Security Specialist is a technical Specialist role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for managing, administration and supporting the Data Security and Endpoint Security technologies for the bank.

Person will be the technical point of contact for the Run team and the related activities to data security and will be the last level of escalation for the Security specialists in the team. He/She is also responsible for the technical transition and validation of Security services from other regions to Singapore. Team works in Europe time zones and this role will be aligned primarily to Paris working hours. Flexible rotations are followed based on the nature of duties.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

The Specialist has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions. Person will be responsible for following (but not limited to) responsibilities in day-to-day work:

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

• Should be a bachelors/masters/engineering graduate or equivalent technical degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;

Computer Security Incident Response Team Expert (CSIRT Expert)

CSIRT Expert is a technical expert role within the Asia Information System Security (ISS) Team, Singapore, functionally aligned to Group’s ISS CSIRT team in Head Office, France.

ASIA ISS team oversees and supervise the Information System Security related matters in the region, including cybersecurity monitoring (SOC), incident response (CSIRT) and responding to each country's regulation proactively.

The ASIA ISS CSIRT oversees detection, control and reporting of cyber incidents when it occurs and work closely with IT Operations team to recover and restore the systems that are affected by the security incident.

In this role, CSIRT Expert role will be responsible for respondingand managing end to end Security Incident Management Lifecycle: Incident Identification, Triage, Containment, Eradication, Recovery and Lesson Learnt. Person will be technical point of contact to respond and drive the security incidents response in the region.

Job Responsibilities

The Expert has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and will be responsible for following activities (but not limited to) in day-to-day work:

Job Responsibilities

· Supports the Singapore Financial Controller and will be the main finance business partner to the assigned operational Business Units.

· Lead Business Line budgeting and forecasting processes for the Business Units assigned to the Business Controller.

· Lead the month-end financial closing process for internal management reporting.

· Ensure accuracy & timely submission of order books (work performed in the month) maintained by Business Units to determine accounting accruals (revenue/costing) for the proper accounting cut-off during the month-end closing.

· Advise and implement process improvement measures for Business Units on resource allocation, invoicing process, revenue recognition, expense booking and other management reporting related issues.

· Collaborate with sales team on new tenders or contracts to ensure financial compliance with the company’s business models.

· Partner closely with Business Line Management, operational teams, and Shared Service Center team to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that lead to continuous improvement from a financial and business control aspect.

· Develop and maintain costing models to ensure that cost drivers are understood by sales team/Business Line Management and ensure that activities are priced to recover their true cost. Review and refine pricing models/tools

· Regularly review and improve accounting policies and controls, for operations team to follow, to ensure that proper month-end closing figures are posted.

· Manage audit queries from Internal and External Auditors regarding operational transactions.

· Assist the Financial Controller with preparing materials for the Monthly Business Review Meetings, as well as other related meetings

Job Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or have an Accomplished Finance/Accounting Professional qualification (eg. ACCA)

· Having accounting knowledge is a requirement; however, further on-the job training will be provided.

· 0-5 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting, controlling, taxation or audit. More experienced candidates will be considered as well.

· Fresh degree/diploma holders are welcome to apply if they are accounting trained.

· Having a hands-on mindset and being comfortable with cross-department business interactions.

● Proactively monitor live markets to identify and capture disruptions or incidents for the assigned regions.

● Ensure real-time incidents are promptly and accurately documented using appropriate tools and systems.

● Reflect captured incidents on the Partner's map to provide timely and accurate guidance for all map users.

Job Requirements

● 0-2 years of experience as a Spanish-English Translator/ Specialist/ Analyst, demonstrating fluent translation for RTI projects in Spanish-English speaking markets.

● B1/B2 language certification in Spanish.

● Good understanding of all forms of public transport.

● Additional language proficiency in either German or French is a plus.

● QGIS Skills are preferred and not mandatory

● 1 year of technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred.

The team covers the entire spectrum, from Data Acquisition and Integration, Dashboard Development and Data Governance.

- Partner with COMEX manager and BI Manager to use best practice analytics to drive key business goals in data-driven mindset.

- Maintenance and data mining of large data sets and structuring them to bring business context for Yara Africa and Asia region.

- Develop and enhance power platform suite of apps user interface to provide best in class user experience.

- Use a source and pricing data tracking tool to organize data and provide transparency of source.

Profile :-
