Job Title: Account Assistant (Part-Timer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Accounts Payable function
• Assist in perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in data entries
• Match and process invoices from suppliers with supporting documents to ensure that all payment conditions have been met with proper documentation and authorisation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Contract Terms:

• Work Hours: The part-timer will work up to a maximum of 60 hours per month, with a minimum of 2 hours per day, 10 hours per week estimated based on service utility.
• Compensation: The rate is $12 per hour.
• Trial Period: There will be an initial trial period of 1 to 2 weeks.
• Termination: A two-week notice period is required for termination by either party.

Job Description: Office Administrative Executive

Department: HR

Reports to: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

• In-charge of onboarding and offboarding tasks such as issuance of laptop to new hires, create and track onboarding checklist, assess card and finger print registration, Retrieval of assets back from resignees, etc
• Get quotations, track office and pantry supplies, purchase and place orders such as office stationery, pantry snacks & drinks, meals ordering
• Administer business visa applications for employees
• Coordinate with external vendors for servicing of aircon, delivery of water, printers, replenishment of coffee machine, etc
• Assist with general facilities and office management such as pantry, meeting rooms, lockers, cleaner, season parking, etc
• Provide administrative support for company events
