ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced technical manager to lead our engineering team. This team is responsible for the development of LTS AI products and management and optimisation of the platform supporting these developments. The role entails leading an engineering team towards the ongoing design, development and deployment of custom Large Language Models and the design and development of AI products that leverage these models.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and direct a high performing AI engineering team towards the deployment of scalable and reliable AI products for the legal sector.
• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions to support the reliable service of the AI products to endusers.

As a Lead Content Designer at OGP, you are a fully proficient individual contributor who is also able to provide guidance to the content design team. You will play a key role in shaping how members of the public interact with government products and services. The role

As a Lead or Principal Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of critical government products, ensuring they are user-centred and strategically aligned with policy goals. This position is assigned to Diplomatic Technology (DT) Office and crucial for the design, development, testing, and implementation of the Embassy’s applications and intranet web presence, with a special focus on AI systems development and integration. The incumbent will provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to developed applications, development of new applications, and SharePoint support for more than 300 customers and 21 agencies at the U.S. Mission in Singapore. Additionally, the incumbent will provide user training and augment the rest of the IT support staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement Embassy applications and intranet web presence, with a focus on AI systems development and integration.
• Provide technical assistance and support for developed applications.
• Develop new applications and provide SharePoint support.
