Responsibilities:

Working as a Senior Point of Contact and Team Lead for our Treasury application BAU 24*7 support engagement covering 11 Major and critical applications across the Treasury platform:

- L1 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment

Job Description

·Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software) to ensure system uptime in accordance to SLA commitments

·Respond to all incident / service calls and be first responder onsite to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basic repairs or parts replacements

The Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Centre invites applications for Postdoctoral Associate positions in the area of crystallization science and particle engineering.
