Roles and Responsibilities:

• Having Banking domain knowledge on consumer banking, mobile banking, Internet banking etc.
• Responsible to work on both waterfall and Agile methodologies
  Involved in collecting performance test requirements across different application technologies.
• Involved in writing performance test plans by incorporating performance testing objectives, testing environment, user profiles, risks, test scenarios, explanation about the tools used, schedules and analysis, monitors and presentation of results.
• Responsible for developing and modifying performance test scripts (protocols such as Web (http/html), web services, MQ, GUI, Java user) using Load Runner good to have Microfocus Performance Centre (PC) or tools like JMeter.
• Should be able to customize and enhance test scripts as per workload requirements.

• Responsible to perform thorough analysis of performance test results to report the server response times, throughput, Hits/sec, Trans/sec Transaction Response under load, Web Server Monitors, App server monitors, system monitors such as java processes, Oracle DB connections monitoring and other Performance metrics.
• Worked with App-Dev, Production, Technical and Business Managers in planning, scheduling, developing, and executing performance tests.
  
  Requirements:
• At least 4-6 years of experience in Performance Testing in banking domain.
• Must have hands-on experience on end-to-end performance testing lifecycle
• Must have hands-on experience working with Agile/DevOps model and integrate &automate performance testing in CI/CD model
• Must have hands-on experience on performance testing tools such as MF Performance Centre and JMeter. Certification on these tools is a plus.
• Must have hands-on experience on APM tools such as Nimsoft, AppDynamics, Splunk or Operating system commands such as perfmon and Nmon
• Must have hands-on experience on formulating and executing Mobile on-device performance testing & engineering

• Define Sampling Criteria for Yield Enhancement (YE) Wafer – Initial is to align with RPM lot
• Define and Create YE In Line DL2 & MRDA Flow: Full scan with tighter criteria (higher magnification) with non-die-kill
• Create Deviation flow to Route to YE Flow
• Define and Create YE Probe Flow: Full data logging and Test-to-end to capture as much data as possible
• Data Analysis:
• Correlation of MRDA (Metro Real-time defect analysis) Defect to Probe to identify in line failure mode causing probe fail and failure analysis

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and on a leadership capacity, with focus on Advance Packaging technologies and High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) integration, in yield enhancement
• Experience in PWF (Post Wafer Fabrication), Backend engineering process, assembly package technology development and technical knowledge with die and wafer level process technology with understanding of Micron’s silicon and how it interacts at a package level through CPI (Chip Package Interaction), in yield enhancement
• Strong leadership and vision and must be able to comfortably work across organizational boundaries and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives, senior leaders and partners on strategic decisions across multiple functions and geographies.

As a Steel Structure Engineer specializing in steel structures, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and integrity of steel-based structural components and frameworks. This role involves ensuring structural safety, compliance with codes and regulations, and independent delivery of engineering solutions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Analysis: Conduct structural design calculations for steel components, connections, and frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant codes (e.g., AISC, Eurocode, or BS standards).
   Analyze load-bearing requirements, seismic impact, and material properties to create safe, efficient designs.
   Create detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

As an Engineer, Design, you will:

Responsible for product analyzing, design for manufacturing (DFM), tool design 3D and 2D drafting, tool review and debugging.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Construct mold design layout and conduct mold design review meeting.
• Design precision plastic injection molds in accordance with the requirements.
• Mold management and liaise closely with internal and external customers on matters relating to mold design.
