• Perform front end engineering design (FEED) and basic design for Mechanical and Piping Engineering for utility power and water, petrochemical industries and utility scale renewable projects. Experience in subsea piping, Ammonia piping, CO2 Piping and hydrogen piping would be beneficial.

About the role:

Our client is an global medical aesthetics company seeking for an Associate Marketing Manager, APAC to spearhead brand marketing efforts across the APAC region.

Based in Singapore, this role is focused on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the growth of the brand portfolio across APAC
• Craft and execute robust B2B and B2C campaigns, leveraging digital and 360-degree campaigns
• Collaborate with in-country sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective messaging, branding, and activation strategies
• Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and channel partners to amplify brand recognition and adoption
• Conduct market research to provide actionable consumer and patient insights, shaping impactful marketing concepts and claims
• Lead the creation of regional campaigns for local market rollout, including training sales teams and providing marketing collateral
• Oversee product launches and upgrades while aligning with regional and in-country teams

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably within the medical devices, or medical aesthetics industries.
• Experience in people management, direct-to-consumer marketing, medical marketing, and event marketing is essential.
• Key skills include strong business acumen, familiarity with digital and social media, resilience, and excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• The candidate must be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across the region.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business development and consulting experience in a market research agency or market research consultancy (eg: Kantar,etc).
• Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies.
• Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native and Japanese speaking and writing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop clients’ relationships and participate/collaborate in teamwork or group settings.
