We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Oil Analyst specializing in gasoline and light ends to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and supply-demand forecasting in the oil and gas sector. You will play a critical role in providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of gasoline and light ends markets, including trends, price movements, and regulatory impacts. Stay informed on global and regional supply and demand dynamics.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast supply and demand, pricing, and market trends. Ensure models are robust, flexible, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
• Data Interpretation: Analyze market data, utilizing quantitative methods to extract insights that inform decision-making processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and forecasts to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. Clearly communicate complex data in a concise and understandable manner.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis and modeling results to drive business decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment on market strategies and forecasts.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations that summarize market conditions, trends, and forecasts for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market analysis, with a focus on gasoline and light ends.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining financial models for supply and demand forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including market drivers, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, your role involves:

Supporting/troubleshooting and implementation of Cisco network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewall and etc) devices across Asia

Monitoring network performance, handling upgrades and network optimisation

Handling and ensuring network related service requests for are responded

Establishing service level management practices to ensure that the level of service from external service providers are defined and being adhered to

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in Cisco network routers and switches. Exposure to LAN and WAN is required for this role.

Exposure to network configuration, network design or building network from scratch will be of added advantage.

We are recruiting for a private fund with real estate and renewables, infrastructure and data centres and their total AUM stands at more than USD20 billion in more than 10 countries.

Reporting to the Fund Manager, you will be focusing on their Singapore new economy assets such as logistics/industrial/Build-to-suit/development/redevelopment assets. You will be supporting the existing fund activities and decision making, via analysis to maximise the performance of its managed funds/ventures.

This will include identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, managing deal origination and divestment considerations. You will lead and perform all aspects of transaction due diligence, transaction management and closing process.

You will be developing financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, IRR analysis to assess and support investment decisions. You will conduct research, review and evaluate real estate sectors market trends; Monitor and compile industry, market and asset level data and financial information; Formulate and recommend investment strategies

You will prepare investment teasers, investment papers and all presentation material for investment committee and investor paper approvals. You will assist with business development, divestments, capital raising and other investment activities.

You will also be responsible for investor communication including queries, preparing and reviewing regular investor reports. You will be developing the investment, asset management and leasing strategies including the initial and subsequent preparation of asset plans and budgets.

You will monitor asset financial, operational and portfolio performance, loan covenants as well as coordinating on the regular external valuations etc.

Requirements

You are degree qualified in Real Estate, Finance, Accountancy, Business from a reputable education institute and possess about 3 to 4 years of experience

You are highly numerical and able to do some basic financial modelling and analysis.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in interacting with different (internal and external) stakeholders.
