Responsibility

• Responsible for the smooth functioning of the IT department and its operations, advise program developers for both front and back of house usage, coordinate and establish hardware maintenance programs and to establish procedures in case of system interruptions; ensure security of data storage and protection and training of user equipment.

• Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
