You should be trained in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in related industry.

You should possess relevant knowledge and working experience in at least two of the following:

• Networking concepts such as router, switches, network automation and wireless  technologies  (eg. 5G, Wi-Fi 6)
• Operating systems such as Windows Servers and Linux
• Software development in web, mobile applications and/or RPA
• Python programming and/or machine learning/artificial intelligence
• Virtualization and cloud technologies such as AWS, VMWARE
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Cisco CCNA, CCNP, MCP, AWS Certified Practitioner or equivalent will be advantage)

• Passion and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with youths. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

[What the role is]

• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of revenue.

• Manage the arrears, provision of audit schedules and financial data for management reporting.

• Be involved in bank reconciliation and system access related matters.

• Review and implement policies and processes, including system enhancements, to improve the efficiency and controls of the accounting workflow.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a dynamic media relations team that spearheads strategic and integrated communications efforts to profile NParks and Singapore - our City in Nature. Specifically, you will be developing and implementing plans and initiatives to create awareness of NParks and a greater appreciation of its projects, programmes and causes.  You will work closely with the media to explore fresh angles and develop interesting stories.  Apart from drafting media releases, talking points and speeches, you will also be expected to anticipate, propose and manage responses to issues concerning the organization through various publicity platforms.  Beyond media relations, you will also have opportunities to work on various content deliverables such as videos, webinars and long form articles for both NParks and external platforms. As a key member of the NParks communications team, you will also play an active role in providing communications consul on corporate events in addition to other public communications projects.

Requirements

• Areas of study:  Mass Communications, Marketing, English, English Literature, Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 1-year relevant integrated communications experience

• Possess strong background in media relations, social media, issues, crisis and event management

• Meticulous with an eye for detail

• A flair and passion for writing

• A good team player

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of English
