POSITION OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate shall take on the role of a Data Governance Specialist and

support Risk Management Group Data Steward on managing Data Quality, Data Discoverability,

Data Ownership and Data Access, covering the following:

(i) facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams towards tangible data quality improvements

(ii) ensure issues raised in Data Issues Log in SG and overseas locations are properly followed up, status reported and resolved within expected timelines

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Host regular RMG Data Quality forums (including preparation of meeting materials) and represent RMG at Group level Data Issue meetings

3. Work with RMG stakeholders to review and improve data quality monitoring reports and processes

4. Participate in data ownership discussion and follow-ups

5. Assist in review and setup of data access for users

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Respond to common technical difficulties, training and guidance requests from user base involving desktop/laptop hardware and software/applications
• Monitoring and actioning appropriate ITHELP Jira queues as directed by GSD
• Software Provisioning / Deprovisioning within scope/access constraints of role within GSD
• Adherence to standard escalation processes for IT tickets
• Adherence to standard ticket handling practices as directed by GSD (e.g., components, labels, other ITSM related fields)
• Slack Administration (within role access constraints)
• Google Workspace Administration (within role access constraints)
• Laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees.
• Ensure Standard Operation Principles (SOPs) are followed, and all processes and procedures adhere to EOS company policy/standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical certification or bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred.

· Assist Front Office with preparing and submitting KYC profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions

· Perform back ground checks, name screenings, and public searches to check clients for adverse news

1. Responsibility

• Work as a functional business analyst with the project team on a strategic datamart project from end to end;

Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with the applications team to understand and assist with logging and monitoring design.

· Build dashboards for monitoring purpose by identifying and onboarding data sources and gathering requirements.

· Build the automation module which covers for package installation and module for configuration update, registration , chargeback calculation and health monitoring.

· To provide platform support which covers planning and execution of system maintenance, patching, upgrades, change request and troubleshooting; onboarding of new source system to the platform; escalating problems to vendor to achieve

resolution.

· Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring, analysis and tuning; troubleshooting on hardware, software and Operating System issues; designing and running system load/stress test.

· Continuously monitor the source data loading and perform analysis, recommend and carry out finetuning to gain storage cost reduction and system efficiency.

· To perform project management and involve in change management coordination

Requirements

· Knowledge in working with Log management tools, eg. Graylog and/or Elasticsearch-Logstash-Kibana stack, to do logs transformation, filtering, loading, searching and building dashboard.

· Programming experience at the following languages in Unix :- NodeJS, Unix shell script, Perl, Python.

· Experience with System Administration on Linux O/S
