Responsible for managing the staff within the Caffè, achieving assigned business results, representing Prada Caffè brand, and ensuring the implementation of all corporate directives and procedures.

• Expands the network of potential new clients, retains regular customers, and coordinates the management of Top and VIP clients.
• Ensures excellent customer reception and service, maintaining the quality standards required by the company.
• Collaborates with the team (Floor, Bar, Kitchen, Warehouse) and HR in work planning/shifts, ensuring proper organization of staff to guarantee excellent service.
• Coordinates team activities, conducts briefings and feedback meetings to improve performance, motivation, and sense of belonging to the company.
• Manages delicate cases of sales service and after-sales disputes personally.
• Supports HR in the hiring and management process of the Bar/Restaurant staff.
• Enforces internal procedures in collaboration with the Managers.
• Maintains updated knowledge of the pastry and restaurant industry, monitors competitors and communicates insights to all staff.
• Develop weekly training calendar, assuring an adequate level of service knowledge.
• Collaborating with the corporate team to ensure menu changes reflect seasonal ingredients.
• Participating in weekly corporate meetings presenting performances and updates.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Minimizing food waste keeping updated corporate reports on that.
• Ensures product availability and proper maintenance within the pastry/bar/restaurant warehouse, placing daily orders to address any shortages – weekly purchase with Italian group.
• Ensures that products for sale meet the high-quality standards set by the company, reporting any discrepancies to the laboratory and headquarters.
• Supervises the overall image of the Pastry/Bar/Restaurant, especially maintaining the order of the showcases.
• Ensures that all areas of the Pastry/Bar/Restaurant comply with hygiene and health regulations and company guidelines.
• Knows and communicates company procedures to the staff, ensuring alignment with the company's image and standards.
• Prepares weekly reports on the operation of the Pastry/Bar/Restaurant and conducts detailed analyses – share them weekly with corporate structure.
• Identifies strategic improvement actions based on KPI analysis results.
