Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist / Bicycle Shop Assistant. Your role will be to provide efficient, friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the store and work towards achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient and friendly checkout services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth retail operations.
• Strive to achieve monthly sales targets through dedication and effort.
• Handle store phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing stock and displays.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and inviting.
• Undertake simple administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in weekly bike rides to build rapport with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education level: Primary/Secondary School/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A-Level, College, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Experience in retail bicycle sales preferred, but entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of the bicycle industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Part-time applicants are also welcome.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive monthly salary: Estimated $2,200.00 to $4,000.00/month (inclusive of commissions based on sales performance).

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System (CMS).
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor.

What We Are Looking for

• Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Past experience in outpatient operations and/or with valid nurse practising certificate preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
