Roles and Responsibilities for this role

1. The contact point for users and work with Functional BA to identify the root cause and provide solutions.

2. To perform analysis of production defects / findings to identify root cause.

3. To identify and propose workarounds and solutions for production issues.

4. To analyse the requirements and identify the technical solutions for Avaloq functional changes.

5. To prepare the FSD and TSD, where applicable.

6. To walk through the solutions with users to confirm that they are as per the requirements.

7. To perform parameterization, unit testing and SIT, where applicable.

8. To understand the various batch jobs, purposes and the underlying functionalities.

9. To provide Avaloq technical solutions for issues relating to performance of the system.

10. To perform audit of codes delivered by the other team members or vendor resources.

11. In-charge of support of the newly delivered Avaloq Web Banking and developments required by business consumption for Avaloq Web Banking (CAPI/AMI/Micro services).

Job Responsibilities

• HR Administration: Prepare employee contracts, manage annual leave records, and liaison with government agencies.
• Monthly Foreign Employee Salary Preparation: Manage salary timecards, foreign worker levies, IR21 filing, and medical insurance.
• Secretarial and Administrative Support: Provide support to the HR Business Partner.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
• HR Systems and Processes: Optimize HR systems, processes, and operations.
• Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with labour laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Strong English language skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
