Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Medical Insurance Specialist with deep expertise in navigating the medical insurance sector. This role will be critical in shaping our product by providing insights into insurance benefits verification processes, regulations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on insurance benefits verification processes, including eligibility checks, claims processing, and coordination of benefits.
• Work closely with product teams to translate insurance workflows into automated systems.
• Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies to identify key business logic for automation.
• Stay updated on healthcare insurance regulations and ensure compliance in all product features.
• Liaise with insurers and healthcare providers to understand pain points and opportunities in the verification process.
• Advise on industry trends to enhance product relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience (3+ years) in medical insurance, with a focus on benefits verification.
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, claims processing, and payer-provider interactions.
