• Lead and facilitate country initiatives, including establishment of candidate supply channels, SOPs, policies etc.
• Champion employee engagement and Company culture initiatives, reinforcement of internal communication and employee relations
• Analyse trends/metrics and establishment of data dashboard; developing integrated solutions value-added analytics

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3 to 7 years as a talent acquisition or HR generalist, in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma in human resources or equivalent
• Enterprising mindset and approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong network and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of industry, recruitment trends and developments
• Team player, with a keen eye on details
