We are an established Employment agency/Recruitment firm. We recruit/serve for a wide range of industries in Singapore. We are recruiting all type of candidates (ranging from Worker’s level to professional level categories), from INDIA, Bangladesh and Myanmar to our Singapore clients/companies.
- Execute Comprehensive sales and marketing strategies via face-to-face interactions with the employer daily.
- Alternatively Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by us to achieve sales target.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable workforce to them
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards

- Working hours: 5.5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm & Saturday 9am -2pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission
Requirements:
- Only Singaporean Preferred for this position
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin and Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Possess CEI (Basic)
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
- Strong knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
