Responsibility

Requirements

The Job:

As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the review of material flow parameters and recommend appropriate levels to support business and customer requirements. He/She will lead new customer integration by coordinating internally with cross functional teams and externally with business partners. Assisting the Client Service Manager, he/ she shall manage the day-to-day inventory coordination in high volume, fast-paced healthcare distribution environment while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
• Serve as the key liaison person between client and internal departments on request and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of key account’s new program implementation. Engage in initiative and project discussion. Lead and monitor implementation progress.
• Manage, monitor and control stockholding. Prepare stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.
• Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics & performance, timely submission of internal and external reporting, as well as, present operational KPI.
• Manage Replenishment and inbound Inventory in line with the forecast or indent, commercial and stock holding requirements.
• Review materials forecast and execute Supply Plan, analyses Key Planning Parameters to achieve a balance between Inventory and Forecast.
• Analyse Forecast Variance and identify strategies to improve the Forecasting process to minimize the variance.
• Analyse the variance of demand and supply, pro-actively monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
• Establish appropriate safety stock level meeting required service levels.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals
• Reviews slow moving items, block inventories according to Excess and Obsolescence Policy.
• Effectively use ERP system to manage high number of material SKUs.
• Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Operations Mgmt / Supply Chain Mgmt / Industrial Engr or related discipline.
• Preferably 2 years relevant experience in key account management, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and process mapping skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software.

Job Description:

Arrival / Departure / Towing / Ground Support Equipment

• To perform Aircraft Docking Guidance System (ADGS) and manual marshalling of aircraft
• To perform inspection of bays and ensure no Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
• To install / remove wheel chocks and grounding cables
• To connect / disconnect tow bar to the air tug
• To deliver ground support equipment including maintenance steps
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering or equivalent with 1 years of working experience in Airline industries is preferred.
• Comfortable with 12 hours shift work arrangement
• Candidate with LTA Class 3/4/5 license will have added advantage
