RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, as well as vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, the IT Executive II has both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

On the technical front, the IT Executive II will be supporting IT hardware and network (e.g. PCs, printer and network equipment) as well as administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications (including Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams phone), Entra and Azure Portal, Intune Management Portal, Salesforce, cloud backup solutions, and other SaaS solutions. There are regular tasks such as the monitoring and follow-up of system resources and alerts, including site availability, vulnerabilities and DNS records, and also Helpdesk tickets & reports. This role will also manage projects, such as relocation or upgrade of office networks, and migration of telephony systems. The IT Team Lead/Assistant Manager will assist with the conceptualization, proposition, sourcing, implementation, support & upgrade of new or existing IT systems in a timely & cost-effective manner, to support Care Corner's evolving strategy to deliver services more effectively in an increasingly digitalised & connected world.

This role will provide business, technical & administrative support to internal teams, vendors, funders, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, both for IT system/project implementation as well as day to day IT operations, including contracts and subscriptions, data protection and cybersecurity, as well as end-user support and training.

Care Corner Learning and Special Needs Support is looking to expand our focus from just educational therapy to providing wholistic support for children with learning and special needs. We are seeking a Specialist with a passion to support children with learning and special needs. This individual would ideally have experience teaching children individually or in small group sizes, open to working from different locations and keen to teach children in our own Intervention Programme.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach English and Math to children (age 5 to 12) with learning difficulties/disabilities.

Care Corner Learning and Special Needs Support is looking to expand our focus from just educational therapy to providing wholistic support for children with learning and special needs. We are seeking a pool of Specialists on a part-time/flexi-time basis with a passion to supplement our full-time in supporting children with learning and special needs. This pool of specialists would ideally have experience teaching children individually or in small group sizes, open to working from different locations and be willing to support our programmes over a minimum period of 6 months.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach English and Math to children (age 5 to 12) with learning difficulties/disabilities.
• Plan and conduct individual and group intervention programmes/activities for children with special needs.

• Manage in-house payroll process full cycle for all entities.
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Verify timesheets and process overtime calculations
• Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing and the submission of government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant IT Manager to join our pre-opening team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.

As part of the pre-opening team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up, maintaining and enhancing the Resorts' IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability and high service availability of our systems, for both guests and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the IT Manager, the incumbent will set up and ensure that the Resort's IT systems, including our Hotel Management System, are updated based on the current release as guided by our corporate office.
• Manage any IT issues that may occur and pro-actively resolve them to minimize any downtime for guests and/or internal stakeholders. In performing this role, the Assistant IT Manager is to work with the IT Manager to recommend any improvements because of the occurrence.
